Moon Dusted Raw Chocolate Bark

If your'e anything like me then chocolate cravings are a regular part of your daily existence.  Instead of fighting these cravings I figure why not use them as an opportunity to reap all of the benefits that raw cacao has to offer.  Raw cacao is loaded with antioxidants and flavonoids that help to destroy damaging free radicals in the body.  It is also loaded with trace minerals including: calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, and copper to name a few as well as several B vitamins and vitamin E.  Raw cacao contains anandamide, a neurotransmitter released in the brain when we feel happy, and serotonin, which helps to elevate mood and better process stress so it's no accident that eating chocolate makes us feel great.  Most of this nutrient content is lost when raw cacao is heated to make chocolate so opting for chocolates that utilize raw cacao is the best way to ensure that you're getting all of these benefits.  Whenever a chocolate craving strikes I use a few essentials from the Moon Dust Pantry to whip up this moon dusted raw chocolate bark for a little instant happiness.  The addition of a moon dust adds the benefits of potent Chinese herbs and super foods.  For this batch I went for beauty dust because I love to give my hair, skin, and nails a little love whenever I can.  Stock up for your own pantry using the discount code MOONFAMILY0716 for 15% off your entire online order from Moon Juice through the end of July!   Recipe below.
